Ilya Goltser is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Bestgate Engineering since January 2023. Prior positions include Principal Software Engineer roles at Accenture Federal Services and Novetta, both of which were due to acquisition. Ilya has also held Principal Software Engineer positions at WaveStrike and various senior engineering roles at General Dynamics Mission Systems, Booz Allen Hamilton, Boeing, BAE Systems, Corvis Corporation, and Lucent Technologies. Ilya holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Chelyabinsk State Technical University.
