James Pletcher has extensive experience in human resources and DOT compliance, currently serving in those roles at Best Way Disposal since July 2012. In addition to human resources responsibilities, James functions as a dispatcher overseeing standard dispatching duties for over 30 drivers and managing more than 200 loads daily across a 10,000-mile area, ensuring effective customer support and driver scheduling. Prior to this, James worked as a scale operator at South Side Landfill from July 2006 to July 2012. James pursued higher education at IWU National & Global from 2011 to 2013.
