Nina S. has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Nina began their career as a Praktikant in Einkauf Planung & Entwicklung at Lidl in Deutschland in 2016. Nina then worked as a Category Management Praktikant at Otto (GmbH & Co KG) in 2017. In 2018, Nina was a Projektmanagement (IT) Werkstudent at LEONI. Nina then transitioned to NTT DATA Deutschland GmbH in 2019, where they worked as a Business Transformation Werkstudent. Currently, they are with best practice consulting AG | bpc AG, where they started as Vorstandsreferentin Geschäftsfeldentwicklung from August 2020 to April 2022. Then, they worked as a Manager Corporate Strategy and Business Development from April 2022 to January 2023. Currently, Nina holds the position of Head of Corporate Strategy at best practice consulting AG | bpc AG, starting from January 2023.

Nina S. obtained their Abitur degree from Gymnasium Schwarzenbek in 2013. Nina then attended Leuphana University of Lüneburg from 2013 to 2017, majoring in BWL (Bachelor of Business Administration). Additionally, in 2015 to 2016, they studied Business Administration at Ichec Brussels Management School. From 2017 to 2020, Nina pursued their Master's degree in International Business Studies at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.

Furthermore, Nina S. has obtained additional certifications. In November 2023, they became a Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. Nina also completed a course titled "Erfolgreiche Unternehmensstrategien entwickeln" at Haufe Akademie in February 2023.
