Matthew McGowan has extensive experience in various technical and warehouse roles, currently serving as a Warehouse Worker at Best Lighting Products since March 2015 and as a Temporary Associate with Remedy Intelligent Staffing since November 2014. Previously, Matthew worked as a Field Service Engineer at ABB from January 2014 to August 2014, and as a Technical Support Representative, Desktop Support Technician, and Network Support Technician at Broadvox from July 2012 to May 2013. Earlier experience includes a role as a Process Technician at Shiloh Industries, Inc. from September 2004 to March 2010, focusing on crew performance and safety, and as an Avionics Technician at Honeywell, Inc. from March 1999 to March 2002, where responsibilities included repairing and maintaining aircraft systems. Matthew holds two Associate of Applied Science degrees from ITT Technical Institute, one in Information Technology - Computer Networking Systems (2010-2012) and another in Electronics Engineering Technology (1997-1999).
