Hao Lam is a dynamic educator and leader with extensive experience in the education sector. Serving as CEO and Chairman of Best in Class Education since 1995, Lam has developed proprietary technology, curriculum, and training programs to enhance teacher effectiveness and student success. As the founder of Adaptively Education, Lam aims to build minds and unlock futures. Lam is also an author, having published the book "From Bad to Worse to Best in Class: A Refugee's Success Story," which chronicles personal experiences as a refugee from Vietnam. Additional professional roles include membership in the Forbes Business Council and co-ownership of OKAH Real Estate Partners, LLC and Prudent Mortgage, along with previous positions at Microsoft and Renton Technical College.
