Wes Strait is an experienced technology and business transformation leader with a strong background in analytics and business process optimization. Currently serving as the Director of Technology Transformation at Best Buy, Wes focuses on driving analytics initiatives and collaborating with top talent to address critical business challenges. Previously, Wes held various leadership roles at Daugherty Business Solutions, where responsibilities included overseeing business process optimization and strategic alliances with prominent tech providers. Early career experiences include founding a Business Intelligence team at Lifetouch National School Studios, managing IT initiatives at The Toro Company, and providing financial analysis at McDonald's Corporation. Wes holds an MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Information Technology, as well as a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of Minnesota.
