Donald Gallegos has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2023, they became an active member of the prestigious business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi - Gamma Omega, where they contributed to various committees such as the Retreat Chair, Recruitment Committee, Professional Committee, and Philanthropy Co-Chair. In the same year, they also worked as a Team Lead Facilitator and 101 Facilitator at the W. P. Carey School of Business - Arizona State University. In 2024, they interned at the ASU Programming and Activities Board, where they assisted in planning and executing a wide range of activities and events. Moreover, they held multiple roles in the Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity, including Co-Vice President of Service, Scouting Chair, Family Chair, and Active Member. Additionally, they worked as a Campus Sales Representative for The Collegiate Lineup, Marketing Committee member for HBSA at Arizona State University, Sales/Marketing Intern for Glory to Glory Fitness, Marketing Committee member and Community Service Committee member for 942 Crew (Arizona State University), Director of Events and Fundraiser Chair for Best Buddies International, and SPARKS Ambassador for Student Providing Awareness, Resources & knowledge to Start College. Through these various roles, Donald has developed skills in leadership, community engagement, event planning, and marketing.

Donald Gallegos completed their education from 2018 to 2022 at V Sue Cleveland High School, earning a High School Diploma. Donald then attended Arizona State University from 2022 to 2026, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a Minor in Project Management and a Certificate in Leadership in Business. Additionally, they received various certifications such as "Succesful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills" from the University of Michigan, "Leading Teams: Developing as a Leader" from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, "Management Fundamentals" from the University of Pennsylvania, and "Preparing to Manage Human Resources" from the University of Minnesota.
