Param Singh has extensive experience in the logistics industry, starting with their role as Vice President at Best Bay Trucking Corp. in 2015. In this position, they specialized in Drayage and Over-The-Road (OTR) services and oversaw a comprehensive network of container storage yards and advanced warehousing solutions. Following this, Param Singh became President of Best Bay Logistics Inc. in 2016. In this role, they led one of the nation's fastest-growing freight brokerages, focusing on leveraging technology and strategic solutions to drive innovation and progress within the industry.

Param Singh studied at the Shiley-Marcos School of Engineering and received a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering in 2016.
