Kiona Coats is a skilled professional in the fields of cybersecurity and software engineering, currently serving as a Cybersecurity/Software Engineer at BESPIN since January 2023 and as a Computer Scientist and Engineer with the United States Air Force since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Blackboard as an Internal IT Support Technician and Technical Support Customer Service Advisor, as well as freelance software testing with uTest. Kiona's career began at Troy University as a Call Center Representative.
