Luisa Morales is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and construction. Currently serving as Gerente de Obra at Besco Perú since September 2022 and as a docente en Ingeniería Civil at UTP Universidad Tecnológica del Perú since March 2022, Luisa has previously held key positions including Jefe de obra at ALTA PROYECTOS Y CONSTRUCCIÓN and Jefe de Obra at Besco. With a foundation in engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a Master's degree in Construction Management from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, Luisa has a proven track record in delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget, such as the construction of the Gamarra Moda Plaza and the Parque de la Reserva Building.
