Juan Carlos Gálvez has extensive experience in administration and finance, currently serving as Gerente de Administración y Finanzas at Besco since March 2019, focusing on real estate and construction projects. Prior to this role, Gálvez held a similar position at Grupo JJC from June 2010 to August 2017, where Gálvez successfully launched JJC EDIFICACIONES, achieving sales of US$ 38 million between 2011 and 2016. Gálvez's earlier experience includes serving as Gerente de Administración y Finanzas at Norvial S.A. from June 2002 to April 2010, representing JJC in a joint venture for infrastructure projects, and as Jefe de administración y finanzas at Pesquera San Jose SCRL from 1995 to 2002, where Gálvez implemented improved financial reporting systems. Gálvez holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Finance from San Diego State University and has completed advanced finance programs at both Universidad de Piura and Universidad ESAN.
