Stephen Zaucha is an experienced professional in supply chain management and operations, currently serving as the Purchasing Manager at Bescast, Inc. since October 2021. Prior to this role, Stephen held various positions at Avalon Precision Metalsmiths, including Supply Chain Manager and Shipping, Receiving, and Finished Goods Warehouse Manager, from August 2014 to October 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as Grain Plant Supervisor and 2nd Shift Supervisor at Zircoa, Inc., and multiple roles in the US Army, including Brigade Engineer and Liaison Officer to ISAF Joint Command. Stephen holds a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution.
