Arnodo Alexandre has extensive experience in cultural and tourism management with a focus on heritage, serving as the director of the Citadelle de Besançon, a UNESCO World Heritage site, since November 2010 at the Ville de Besançon. In this role, Arnodo coordinates and oversees projects across various cultural directions, including museums, libraries, and the arts. Previously, Arnodo held positions as the Secretary General of Cultural and Heritage Direction at Grand Besançon Metropole and as a legal advisor at Ville de Besançon, contributing to strategic orientations in the fields of culture and the arts. Arnodo holds a DEA in Community Law from Université Nancy and a DEUG in Law from Université Metz.
