Deandra Verest is an experienced Special Education Teacher with a demonstrated history of working in various educational settings since 2010. Currently affiliated with Chicago Public Schools and Mannheim School District 83, Deandra has been instrumental in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), modifying materials, and supporting inclusive classrooms. Additionally, Deandra has contributed to Berwyn South District 100 and Komensky Elementary School, also focusing on developmental learning. Prior experience includes serving as a Day Camp Counselor at the West Suburban Special Recreation Association. Deandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Special Education from Northern Illinois University.
