Rob Fain is a Principal at Berwick Partners, an Odgers Berndtson company, since October 2022, specializing in IT leadership appointments within the IT, Digital & Technology Practice. Prior to this role, Rob served as Business Director for Hays Technology in the Midlands from January 2010 to September 2022, where the focus was on connecting tech leaders with impactful opportunities and managing a team of technology recruiters. Earlier in the career, Rob held various roles at Hays, worked as a Sales Manager at RED HOT PR, served as a Graduate Account Manager at Kite Packaging, and began as a Sales Consultant at Phones4u. Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of East Anglia, obtained between 2004 and 2007, and has completed education at Worcester Sixth Form College and Chantry High School.
