Basil Le Roux is a Partner in the HR Practice at Berwick Partners, an Odgers Berndtson company, since March 2017. With extensive experience in senior management recruitment across various sectors, Basil plays a crucial role in identifying top talent for senior positions. Prior to this, Basil held multiple leadership roles at Michael Page from January 2003 to February 2017, culminating in the position of Managing Director for Japan. Basil's academic background includes a 2i degree in Agriculture and Economics from Newcastle University, obtained between 1994 and 1997, along with education at Kelly College from 1986 to 1994.
