Bill Smith has worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years. Bill began their career in 1999 as a Premium Collections Analyst at Aetna Inc. In 2003, they were promoted to Business Analyst, where they built and maintained the "CSP Workbook" and "SB418" databases. In 2008, they were promoted to Senior Analyst, where they created Windows applications and refined audit processes. In 2020, they joined Berwick Insurance Group as a System Engineer.

Bill Smith attended Tarrant County College from 2010 to 2014, where they earned an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Software Applications. In 1998, they attended Computer Learning Centers, where they studied to become an Information Technology Specialist. Bill also holds certifications from Microsoft in Excel 2010, Word 2010, and Access 2010, which they obtained in 2014, 2014, and 2013 respectively.
