Nico Lehm, LL.M. oec, has extensive experience in human resources and legal consulting. Currently serving as a member of the representative assembly and the clinic and rehabilitation committee at Berufsgenossenschaft Handel und Warenlogistik (BGHW) since September 2020, Nico Lehm also holds leadership roles in human resources at PENNY Deutschland since December 2019. Additionally, since July 2019, Nico Lehm has been the chairman of GenoAGV Großhandel, Dienstleistung Süddeutschland e. V., and has prior experience as Regional Head of Human Resources at REWE from September 2015 to December 2019 and as head of central HR management at PENNY Deutschland from January 2009 to August 2015. Previous legal expertise includes serving as a legal advisor for the Handelsverband Sachsen, focusing on labor, social, and competition law. Nico Lehm holds a Staatsexamen in law from Technische Universität Dresden and a Master of Laws in private and public economic law from Friedrich Schiller University Jena.
