Chanterelle Atkins, MS-HRD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, employee engagement, and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Accessibility (DEIBA) as well as Employee Engagement and Well-being at BerryDunn since 2017, Chanterelle manages projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience, guides the Culture and Engagement Team, and leverages employee feedback to develop innovative solutions. Previous roles include HR Manager, where Chanterelle acted as a trusted advisor emphasizing employee experience aligned with business goals, and a Learning and Development Specialist specializing in training and onboarding. Prior to BerryDunn, Chanterelle held the position of Director of Administration at Compass Health Analytics, Inc., overseeing HR and operational functions, and worked as a Development Coordinator at McLean Hospital, managing projects and research for the hospital leadership. Chanterelle holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Communication from Emerson College.
