Prior experience includes a tenure at Cintas from May 2018 to June 2021, where Grady held positions such as Facility Services Representative and participated in a management trainee program, contributing to partner recruitment and planning events within budget constraints. Grady's earlier experience as a Sales Representative at Play It Again Sports and Fitness involved inventory management, cash handling, customer assistance, and employee training. Grady completed a Bachelor's degree in Food and Resource Economics at the University of Florida from 2016 to 2018.
