Susanna Kyntölä has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Susanna currently works at Berner as a Brand Manager, where they have been since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Concept Manager & Head of Training at Berner from December 2021 to July 2023.

Before joining Berner, Susanna worked at Naviter Oy as a Brand Manager/Head of Training from August 2019 to August 2022.

From 2013 to 2019, they were employed at GGG Cosmetics Oy as a Country/Brand Manager, responsible for implementing brand strategies and business development for skincare brands imported to the Finnish market.

Susanna also has experience in spa management. Susanna worked as a Spa Manager at SiluettiSpa from October 2008 to June 2014. In this role, they managed the sales staff, beauty and massage therapists, and customer service personnel. Earlier in their career, Susanna worked at Fakta Oy as a Versace Shop-in-Shop Responsible/Beauty Consultant from November 2002 to September 2004. Susanna also served as a Training Manager at Parfums Givenchy from October 2001 to November 2002 and as a Spa Manager at Steiner Leisure Limited from August 1999 to April 2001.

Susanna Kyntölä began their education in 1995 at the College of Beauty Therapy of Association of Finnish Beauty Therapists. Susanna completed their studies in 1997 and received a degree as a Beauty Therapist. Following this, they enrolled in Laurea University of Applied Sciences in 2005 and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor's degree in Beauty. Susanna'sfield of study at the university was focused on the Beauty and Cosmetic Industry.
