Mari Kultalahti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2009, they worked at Emotion Imatra, Etelä-Karjalan Osuuskauppa, where they held various positions, including Assistant Store Manager and Salesperson. Mari then interned at Berner in 2020 before joining HOK-Elanto as a Salesperson Emotion from 2018 to 2021. In 2021, they returned to Berner as a Customer Service Advisor, and later joined Naviter Oy in 2021 as a Customer Service Advisor. Currently, Mari is working at Berner since 2022, first as a B2B Customer Service Advisor and then as a Sales Coordinator.

From 2019 to 2021, they attended Perho Business College, where they earned a Vocational Qualification in Business and Administration with a focus on Sales and Marketing.

From 2007 to 2010, they attended Saimaa Vocational College Sampo. Although the degree name is not provided, they pursued studies in Cosmetology/Cosmetologist, General during their time at the college.
