Neil B. Liebman has extensive experience in the architectural field, currently serving as President, Managing Principal, and Principal at Bernardon since 2003. Prior to this role, Neil B. Liebman was the Owner and Principal of NBL Architects from January 1994 to December 2002. Neil B. Liebman completed a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree at the New York Institute of Technology from 1976 to 1981.
