Mike Gardner has over two decades of experience in staffing and recruitment, currently serving as Chairman at Bernard Nickels & Associates since April 2003. Under Mike's leadership, BNA has established itself as a premier firm specializing in various practice areas, including Information Technology, Accounting/Finance, and Legal Services. Prior to this role, Mike was Vice President of Sales at IBASE Consulting from March 1997 to April 2003, where the focus was on IT consulting and staffing within the Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey markets. Mike holds a degree in Marketing and Economics from Southern Connecticut State University, earned between 1977 and 1981.
