Tiantian DOU serves as the European Purchasing Manager at BERNARD CONTROLS since December 2021, overseeing a team of buyers and managing the supplier portfolio across Europe while optimizing purchasing processes within the organization. Prior to this role, Tiantian DOU was a Commodity Buyer at MANN+HUMMEL Groupe from March 2018 to October 2021, responsible for automotive parts procurement, supplier management, and performance analysis. Tiantian DOU also held a position as Export Sales Manager at INNOVADA, focusing on trade development between China and France, and worked in international project management at Epur Nature, involving tender responses and international market development.
