Cyril Garambois currently serves as VP Performance Industrielle at BERNARD CONTROLS, focusing on supporting company growth by enhancing customer performance metrics such as on-time deliveries and quality. As a member of the Institut Lean France since December 2016, Cyril has also held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Prodways Machines, overseeing manufacturing, customer support, quality, purchasing, and supply chain functions. Prior experience at Thales included responsibilities in operations, planning, and logistics, with management of 55 employees and significant logistical budgets. Cyril's expertise in lean management was developed through various roles at Thales, where efforts included establishing a comprehensive lean production roadmap and leading change initiatives. Previous consulting roles at Accilia and Partenaires Management Conseil concentrated on lean competitiveness projects. Educational credentials include a specialized certificate in Lean Management from Télécom Paris and a DESS in Management and Engineering Consulting from Université Jean Moulin.
