David Casady is a Partner at Berman, Berman, Berman, Schneider & Lowary LLP since April 2011, specializing in civil litigation, general liability, premises liability, and personal injury, among other areas. Prior to this role, David served as a Senior Property Adjuster and Senior Casualty Adjuster at Safeco Insurance from 1998 to April 2011, acquiring extensive expertise in property and casualty claims. Additionally, David volunteered as a panelist with Arbitration Forums, adjudicating disputes related to auto accidents and property damage from 2001 to April 2011. David holds a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of La Verne and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Administration Studies from the University of California, Riverside.
