Mika Balleli is an experienced professional in quality assurance and environmental health and safety management, currently serving as QA & EHS Manager at BERMAD since March 2022. Prior to this role, Mika worked as a Junior High Science Teacher at the Ministry of Education Israel from July 2021 to February 2022 and held various positions at Keter as Quality Manager from December 2018 to July 2021. Mika's extensive background in quality management includes significant roles at Strauss Group Inc. from July 2007 to December 2018, where responsibilities included Dairy Dessert Division Quality Manager and Suppliers Quality Manager at Quality Headquarters. Academic qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Biotechnology and Food Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, both obtained from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
