Prof. Dr. Christoph Donner serves as the Vorstandsvorsitzender of Berliner Wasserbetriebe since January 2023 and holds a Honorarprofessur in Bauingenieurwesen with a focus on Siedlungswasserwirtschaft at Universität Duisburg-Essen since 2021. Previously, Christoph Donner was the Technischer Geschäftsführer at Harzwasserwerke GmbH from 2017 to 2022, and worked at RWW Rheinisch-Westfälische Wasserwerksgesellschaft mbH as Leiter Technik from 2009 to 2017. Christoph Donner's earlier experience includes roles at Berliner Wasserbetriebe as Leiter Unternehmensentwicklung AöR from 2003 to 2009 and at Berlinwasser Holding AG as Leiter nationale Beteiligungen. Additionally, Christoph Donner worked as a Projekt-Ingenieur and in various roles at VA TECH WABAG GmbH from 2000 to 2003, focusing on international plant construction and operations.
