Kerstin Oster has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Vorständin Personal und Soziales at Berliner Wasserbetriebe and as Mitglied der Geschäftsführung at Berlinwasser Holding AG since January 2015. Prior to these roles, Kerstin Oster was Geschäftsführerin at Telekom Networks TYCO ELECTRONICS AMP GmbH, leading the Business Unit Broadband Network Solution from 2010 to 2014. Earlier careers included leadership positions in personnel services and organizational development at Holding GENTEK Inc./ADC GmbH, Gentec, KRONE GmbH/JENOPTIK, and ELAN International GmbH. Kerstin Oster holds a Diplom-Betriebswirtin (FH) from FH Münster and completed training as a hotelfachfrau in Oberstaufen.
