Kerstin Glasow has a diverse work experience in the field of communications and marketing for various cultural organizations. Kerstin started their most recent position as the Director of Communications, Marketing & Sales at the Berliner Philharmoniker in 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Marketing & Communications at the Wiener Konzerthaus from 2016 to 2019. In this role, they were responsible for the organization's brand, communication, and audience development strategy. Earlier in their career, Kerstin worked as the Senior Marketing Manager at The Art Fund from 2011 to 2016 and as the Marketing & Communications Manager at The Courtauld Gallery / The Courtauld Institute of Art from 2008 to 2011. Kerstin also served as the Head of Marketing at the Baden State Museum from 2003 to 2008. Throughout their positions, Kerstin has demonstrated skills in team leadership, budget planning and control, market research, and strategic marketing and communication planning.
Kerstin Glasow pursued a Year Abroad program in Literature and History at Western University from 1998 to 1999. Later, they completed their MA in PR & Media Studies and Literature at the University of Düsseldorf.
