Florian Walter is currently a Trainee in Commercial Real Estate Finance at Berlin Hyp AG, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Florian gained experience as a Dualer Student at Mittelbrandenburgische Sparkasse from August 2018 to October 2021, focusing on private and corporate client advisory, self-employed client support, commercial real estate financing, and back-office operations for corporate clients and public entities. Florian is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate Management at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, expected to be completed in April 2025, and previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Banking from The Berlin School of Economics and Law in 2021. Initial education was completed at Paul-Gerhardt-Gymnasium Lübben, concluding with the Abitur in 2018, with a focus on advanced courses in Mathematics, German, English, Computer Science, and Physics.
