Heather Boujoulian has over two decades of experience in the construction and development industry. Heather started their career with JPI in 1999, where they held various construction and development positions until 2004. Heather then joined Criterion Development Partners, LLC as a Development Manager and later became a Vice President from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Berkshire as a Vice President and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Development in 2014. From 2015 to 2018, they served as the Director of Development Investment Management at Berkshire before assuming their current role as the Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Development & Construction Investments in 2018.
Heather Boujoulian completed their education at three different institutions. Heather first attended Knoch High School, where the exact start and end years are not specified. After high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management at Roger Williams University. Heather then went on to obtain a Masters Degree in Urban Planning from Harvard University Graduate School of Design, with a start year of 1997 and an end year of 1999.
