James Hamilton currently serves as President of Berkshire Sterile Manufacturing, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this, James held the role of Vice President of U.S. Technical Operations at Ferring Pharmaceuticals from September 2021 to May 2024. James has significant experience in operations leadership, having been Vice President of Operations at Renaissance Lakewood, LLC from April 2019 to September 2021, and Vice President and General Manager at Allergan from September 2014 to April 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing a large aseptic manufacturing facility and compliance transformation. James’s career also spans roles at Forest Laboratories, Inc. and Forest Pharmaceuticals, Inc., with a focus on operational strategy, global supply chains, and quality control. Academic qualifications include a BA in Chemistry from The University of New Mexico and an MBA in Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University.
