Leslie Drager

Director, Clinical And Applied Research Unit at Berkshire Health Systems

Leslie Drager has a range of work experience in the healthcare field. Leslie began their career in 1990 at Brigham and Women's Hospital as a Research Nurse and Staff Nurse, where they worked until 2005. In 2005, Leslie joined Berkshire Health Systems as the Director of the Clinical and Applied Research Unit. Leslie then started working as an Adjunct Instructor at Berkshire Community College in 2006 and continued until 2019. Since 2016, Leslie has been working at Berkshire Public Health Alliance as the Lead Public Health Nurse, primarily focusing on contact tracing and vaccination clinics during the pandemic. Leslie is currently interested in returning to education and disease surveillance while also working towards establishing a sustainable public health system for Berkshire County.

Leslie Drager earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northeastern University between 1984 and 1988.
