Arun Rao is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in IT service delivery and management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global IT Service Delivery at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance since September 2015, Arun previously held the position of Assistant Vice President at MFS Investment Management, where responsibilities included overseeing infrastructure management, application development, and global technology initiatives. With a strong background in software development and systems integration from roles at Harvard Medical School and a start-up medical software firm, Arun has also demonstrated expertise in web application development at ESRI. Arun holds a CIM in Management from Harvard University, a Master’s degree in GIS and Remote Sensing from the University of South Carolina, and an engineering degree from RV College of Engineering, Bangalore.
