Candace Adams serves as the President and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England, Westchester & New York Properties since January 2013, overseeing operations and 2,200 agents across Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, and Rhode Island. With a 26-year tenure at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Candace has driven significant success and expansion, acquiring eleven existing brokerages and launching four new offices. Prior to this role, Candace held various leadership positions, including President of the Northeast Region at HomeServices of America from July 2017 to November 2019, and multiple executive roles at Prudential Connecticut Realty between 1995 and 2013, including President, Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Operations, and Office Leader.
