Brian McGrath is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in employment law and corporate compliance. Currently serving as Senior Employment Counsel and Director of Corporate Human Resources Compliance at Berkshire Hathaway Energy since December 2019, Brian has previously held significant positions such as Associate General Counsel at Alorica and VP Labor and Employment Counsel at West Corporation. Brian has also served as a Partner at both Lamson Dugan & Murray LLP and Husch Blackwell.
