Jacob Torrey is a Mechatronics Engineer at Berkshire Grey since September 2019. Prior to this role, Jacob served as a Robotics Engineer at Artaic - Innovative Mosaic, where development of hardware and software for a mosaic building robot was completed. Jacob's experience includes an internship in Controls Systems at DEKA Research & Development, focusing on automation and testing of medical devices, as well as engineering internships at Ioxus, Inc., where embedded systems for ultracapacitor module testing were developed. Educationally, Jacob holds a Master of Science in Robotics Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Robotics Engineering, both from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
