David Kolan has more than 30 years of experience providing audit, attest and business consulting services to domestic and international companies, partnerships and entrepreneurs. During his career he has assisted hundreds of companies in the development of strategic plans, corporate reorganizations, debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and succession planning.

As a current member of the PKF International Board of Directors, Kolan has a broad range of international experience and global contacts. He has helped many companies develop and implement global strategic plans and has developed a specialty in ESG corporate responsibility reporting examinations.
