Mindy Franco has extensive experience in underwriting and business development, currently serving as a Business Development Underwriter at Berkley Aspire since November 2020, after progressing through roles as Sr. Small Business Underwriter and Small Business Underwriter. Prior to Berkley Aspire, Mindy held the position of Underwriter/Broker at UIG. The Agent Agency from June 2019 to November 2020, and worked as an Underwriter at Atlas Financial Holdings, Inc. from August 2017 to June 2019. Mindy began a career in underwriting at Nationwide Insurance, where roles included Senior Garage Underwriting Assistant, Garage Underwriting Assistant, and Statistical Processing Technician, focusing on data entry from August 2013 to August 2017.
