Robert J. Cerny is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel and Vice President of Regulatory and Compliance Counsel at W. R. Berkley Corporation since April 2017. Prior to this role, Robert was a Partner at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP and at Barger & Wolen LLP from 1992 until the merger of the two firms in October 2014. Robert earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy from Boston College.
