Lou Sierra has work experience in the field of security operations, network administration, and managerial roles. They currently work as a Security Operations Lead at W. R. They also have experience as a Network Administrator at Commercial Data Processing from an unknown start date to May 2000, where they handled tasks such as Exchange server administration and Novell 4.11 and Windows 2000 Server family administration and configuration.

Lou Sierra attended Berkley College of Business from 1993 to 1995, where they studied Accounting and Business Management.
