Jeffrey Hafter is an experienced executive in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Executive Vice President at W. R. Berkley Corporation since May 2010. Prior to this role, Hafter held the position of President at C.V. Starr & Company from April 2006 to February 2010 and served as Executive Vice President at AIG-American Home Excess Casualty from November 2004 to April 2006. Hafter has extensive experience at C.V. Starr & Company (CA), where the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer was held from June 2001 to November 2004, along with serving as Senior Vice President at AIG-American Home Excess Casualty from August 1992 to June 2001. Hafter earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Ithaca College, studying from 1984 to 1987.
