Marc Gustafson has extensive experience in customer service and support roles within various organizations. Currently serving as an FNOL Coordinator at Berkley Risk Administrators since April 2018, Marc is the first point of contact for clients regarding workers compensation claims in Minnesota, other states, and Tribal nations. Previous roles include positions at the Minnesota Department of Commerce, where responsibilities included providing customer service and compliance support, conducting fraud detection for unclaimed property claims, and licensing assistance. Early career experiences include a Program Processor role at Rust Consulting, where Marc led special projects, and customer service roles at Sam's Club and with the Volunteer Lawyers Network, where Marc contributed to legal assistance efforts. Marc holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science Public Service / History from Hamline University and an Associate of Arts in Political Science and Government from Century College.
