Brittany Asher has a diverse work experience in the insurance and legal industries. Brittany currently holds the position of Vice President, Claims at Berkley Healthcare, a division of Berkley Company, starting in 2023. Previously, they worked at CNA Insurance from 2019 to 2023, where they held various roles, including Complex Claim Director and Claim Manager in the healthcare claims sector. Prior to that, Brittany served as a Claim Specialist at Med Pro Group from 2017 to 2019. Brittany began their career as an Attorney at O'Bryan, Brown & Toner, where they worked from 2009 to 2017. Before that, they served as a Staff Attorney for Honorable Judge Patricia Walker FitzGerald from 2007 to 2009.

Brittany Asher pursued their education at the University of Kentucky College of Law from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2004, they attended Centre College and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Government and Philosophy. Additionally, in March 2010, they became a member of the Indiana Bar after obtaining certification from the Indiana Bar Association. In October 2007, they also became a member of the Kentucky Bar after receiving certification from the Kentucky Bar Association.
