Troy Pressens serves as the Regional Innovation and Implementation Coordinator at Berkeley County Schools WV since January 2018, where Troy established the Office of Innovation and Implementation, aligning initiatives with educational goals and securing funding through strategic partnerships. Prior roles include Director of Product Innovation at Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship, where Troy managed educational programs for underserved communities, and founding both Study By App, LLC and The Tutoring Annex, LLC, focusing on digital learning solutions and personalized tutoring services, respectively. Troy has a decade of experience as a Special Education Teacher in various school districts, emphasizing individualized support and innovative program development. Academic qualifications include an Education Leadership Certificate, an M.Ed in Education, an MBA, and a BS in Asset Protection. Additionally, Troy served in the Army National Guard.
