Sam Turner currently serves as the Assistant Director of Special Education at Berkeley County Schools WV, managing multiple roles including Work Exploration and Accountability Coordinator and Special Education Coordinator for two secondary schools. With extensive experience in special education, Sam has monitored IEP procedures for out-of-state placements and worked as a multicategorical teacher addressing emotional behavioral disorders and Autism. In addition to educational roles, Sam has a strong background in soccer coaching, having served as an assistant coach at Shepherd University and as head coach at Musselman High School. Sam's educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis, a Master of Education in Special Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education.
