Stephanie Mizzell has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Stephanie started their career at Berkeley County Water & Sanitation in 2004, where they served as a Finance Accounting Manager until 2009. Stephanie then worked at the Town of Summerville as an Assistant Finance Director from 2009 to 2012. Following that, they joined Sam's Club as a Market Asset Protection Manager from 2012 to 2015, and subsequently worked as a Grocery/Produce Assistant Manager within the same company. In 2016, Stephanie began their role as an Accounts Receivable Manager at Hurry Up Transport, LLC, where they stayed until 2019. Currently, Stephanie is employed at Berkeley County School District, where they hold the position of an Internal Auditor since 2019, and also serves as the Director of Business Services from January 2020 onwards.
Stephanie Mizzell obtained a Master's degree in Professional Accounting from Strayer University, from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting and Business/Management from the College of Charleston, from 2001 to 2003.
