Gary Chou is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in investment sales and partnership roles. Currently, Gary serves as a Partner at Berkeley Capital Advisors and Managing Partner at CCS Capital Partners, both since January 2021. Prior to this, Gary held prominent positions at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services from September 2013 to January 2021, where notable achievements included being named the #1 Broker/Producer company-wide multiple years and receiving numerous accolades such as the Circle of Excellence and Chairman's Club awards. Gary's earlier experience includes a senior role at The Matthews Retail Group, where significant contributions were made to the company's leading investment sales team. Academically, Gary holds DDS/MS degrees in Dentistry and Oral Biology, as well as a BS in Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics from UCLA.
